Return & Refund Policy

At ThePull, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy has been drawn up in accordance with European consumer protection legislation, namely Directive 2011/83/EU and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires through one of the following channels:

You may use the withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, although its use is not mandatory.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be sent back:

  • In its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging;
  • Without signs of excessive use, customer-caused damage, or missing parts;
  • Along with proof of purchase.

3. Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at contact@thepullclock.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product arrived faulty or different from what was advertised.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, at no additional cost to you.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. In these cases, we will cover all return and reshipping costs and either send you the correct product or issue a full refund, as you prefer.

ThePull products carry a 2-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity, in accordance with Directive 1999/44/EC and applicable Spanish law.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products clearly personalised at the consumer's request;
  • Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly.
