At ThePull, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Spain and the United Kingdom. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at contact@thepullclock.store and we will do our best to assist you.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
- Spain: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any promotions offering free shipping will be clearly communicated on our website.
5. Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the declared value of the package. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. ThePull has no control over customs fees and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@thepullclock.store. We will investigate the matter with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In the event that a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. ThePull is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@thepullclock.store and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
9. Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply. If we are unable to reach you, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping costs.
